Character based Nafees Web Naskh Open Type Font for writing Urdu in Naskh script based on Unicode standard. This updated version has complete support of Aerabs for Urdu and updated glyphs for Latin characters. Guidance and calligraphy of basic glyphs for the font has been provided by Syed Jameel-ur-Rehman.

That layout was based on extended version from InPage to incorporate Unicode character set for Urdu. There are three (Base, Shift and AltGr (Right Alt or Alt+Ctrl)) levels in that layout. Basic characters are mostly placed on normal positions.

This is an urdu version of the classic word puzzle in which a hidden word in urdu diction is to be revealed. The game opens with showing some dashes representing letters in the hidden word. The player guesses a letter by clicking the corresponding letter on the Grid.

A simple word game, WordScram, involves the player to make words in sixty seconds from the given set of letters. The game shows a grid of randomly selected letters from Urdu alphabets set. The player makes Urdu words by clicking the letters in the grid.
